We at Gharsey, believe that we have a rich food tradition behind us. Our forefathers have left us a heritage in terms of food. And not surprisingly, these are foods that are healthy and delicious at the same time. In our humble attempt to keep the tradition going,  we have a variety of Powders and Chutneys to our credit. These powders are sure going to fill your taste buds with a burst of flavours. You may even get nostalgic with the tastes. If you see yourself thinking, "Aah just like how my grandma made it", then Bingo!! we are successful in our mission.

While we have been digging into the traditional recipes, one thing that definitely stands out is that our ancestors have been very intelligent in ensuring that our food tends to the range of tastes that a human tongue can relish. We have the ranges of sweet, sour, bitter, hot, spicy and pungent and salty all covered. When these tastes come together in our secret traditional recipes, they work wonders and fill you in with bursts of flavour. Healthy mind, healthy body—most of us have heard or read about this saying. It has a simple but deep meaning. We need to house a healthy mind in a healthy body. In order for our body to stay healthy, we must feed it with healthy food.
